How It Works

Collection, Sorting & Food Safety
Surplus food is first identified and selected directly from hotels, restaurants, and event kitchens.
Each item is carefully sorted and checked according to HACCP protocols and international food safety standards (ISO), ensuring strict control of both cold and hot chains.
Food is then packaged in certified, traceable containers with QR codes, allowing full traceability from source to final delivery.

Pickup, Storage & Quality Control
Once prepared, our smart logistics system organizes rapid pickup through specialized partners.
Temperature-controlled vehicles maintain the cold chain (0–4°C) and hot chain (+63°C), ensuring product integrity during transport.
At intermediate storage hubs, additional quality checks are performed, including controls by certified partner laboratories and regular quality audits, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance before redistribution.

Smart Distribution & Impact Delivery
After validation, food is redistributed efficiently to NGOs, shelters, and community centers.
Delivery routes are optimized in real time using digital tracking systems to guarantee speed, freshness, and reliability.
This end-to-end process transforms surplus food into a safe, traceable, and high-impact social resource.
